True Window & Glass Centre was appointed by award winning Belvin Construction to undertake the installation of aluminium screens, windows and doors within a newly constructed residential property. The objective of the project was to enhance thermal performance, improve aesthetic appeal, and ensure compliance with current Building Regulations.

The works included using the SMART Systems aluminium products throughout the property. These systems were carefully specified to meet the requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations, delivering improved thermal efficiency alongside enhanced air and water tightness, acoustic performance, and long-term durability.

Installation was carried out by our experienced team over a two-week programme, with works completed efficiently and to a high standard. The project was successfully delivered in line with the client’s expectations, resulting in a high-quality, compliant, and visually improved residential environment.
