True Window & Glass Centre (TWG) was appointed by Johnson & Smith (Lincoln) to provide specialist support during the tender process for the refurbishment of windows and doors at Townsville Academy, in conjunction with wider maintenance works.
As part of our pre-construction services, our Technical Director, Graham Anderson, undertook a comprehensive site survey to assess the existing installations and project requirements. Based on this assessment, TWG developed and presented a range of aluminium system options, carefully selected to meet the client’s performance, aesthetic, and budgetary criteria.
Working collaboratively with the main contractor, we ensured that all proposed solutions aligned with the project specification and programme requirements. Our early involvement enabled informed decision-making and added value to the tender submission.
